Rotherham Roofing (rotherham-roofing.co.uk) is operated by NC ECOM, 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France. We are the data controller for the information you send us through this website. Contact: [email protected].
When you send a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and the details of the roofing job you describe. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and your message.
We use your details to respond to your request and to put you in touch with roofers or lead platforms that can provide a quote for the job. We share them with those roofers or platforms only for that purpose, and not for unrelated marketing.
We process your details because you asked us to (taking steps at your request before a contract) and, for sharing them with roofers and platforms, with your consent given by ticking the box on the quote form. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We keep your details for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet legal, accounting and reporting duties, and no longer than necessary.
